- Oversee and manage federally regulated member communications for multiple clients
- Execute the onboarding process for new clients and implement best practices
- Produce and distribute client and operational reports related to product and process performance
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in business or healthcare operations
- Experience in analyzing business processes and providing improvement recommendations
- Proficient with PC-based software programs, including Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
