Senior ERP Transformation Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior ERP Transformation Advisor (Workday Focus).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor for ERP readiness, vendor selection, program governance, and post-go-live planning
• Lead readiness assessments and guide vendor selection for ERP solutions and implementation partners
• Provide delivery oversight and quality assurance for ERP program management and organizational change management workstreams

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of ERP consulting experience with hands-on leadership in readiness, vendor selection, and program execution (Workday experience required)
• Proven ability to serve as a strategic advisor to C-level executives
• Strong network of ERP clients, vendors, and system integrators
• Experience integrating organizational change management into ERP programs
• Demonstrated ability to oversee large, multi-workstream ERP programs and ensure delivery excellence
