Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Business Consultant to support risk adjustment efforts while working from home anywhere in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

• Designs enterprise-wide solutions to improve business efficiencies and support departmental strategy
• Manages day-to-day business consultation services and implements processes for data analysis and reporting
• Communicates findings through dashboards and reports, providing exceptional customer service and strategic advice

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of healthcare experience
• 3+ years of experience with Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or other data visualization tools
• 3+ years of analytical skills for interpreting healthcare data and financial reports
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
