Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team and oversee departmental projects related to defined contribution plan administration
- Ensure compliance with regulations through testing and process enhancements
- Act as a liaison between departments and represent the Vice President when necessary
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of retirement plan administration experience
- QKA Certification required
- Advanced skill set in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and pivot tables
- Exceptional knowledge of IRS/DOL regulations for 401k plans
- Strong leadership skills to train and direct team members
