Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team and oversee departmental projects related to defined contribution plan administration
• Ensure compliance with regulations through testing and process enhancements
• Act as a liaison between departments and represent the Vice President when necessary

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of retirement plan administration experience
• QKA Certification required
• Advanced skill set in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and pivot tables
• Exceptional knowledge of IRS/DOL regulations for 401k plans
• Strong leadership skills to train and direct team members
