• Proven experience as a Character Concept Artist in a AAA game development environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a realistic art style and character design
• Strong understanding of realistic anatomy, clothing, and material rendering
• Ability to create designs that communicate narrative and world-building elements
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Photoshop or Procreate
