Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Financial Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize the company's financial and growth performance in collaboration with the CEO and Board of Directors
• Lead capital and fundraising efforts, including overseeing M&A activities and providing financial analysis for strategic initiatives
• Develop and implement key business metrics and guide the annual budgeting process in partnership with the Executive Leadership Team

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Degree in Finance
• 7+ years of experience in a senior executive finance role, preferably in high-tech or highly regulated industries
• Experience in a public company environment preferred
• Proven success in raising capital through various funding avenues
• High proficiency with financial software and data analysis tools
