Civic Engagement Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coordinator of Civic Engagement to foster student engagement through civic, social, and community-based initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute student-centered civic engagement programs and events
• Oversee developmental initiatives for student leadership and community service
• Develop partnerships with organizations to provide civic engagement opportunities for students

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Higher Education, Social Sciences, Political Science, Sociology, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in student services, community engagement, or related field
• Experience with event planning and facilitating student programs
• Knowledge of service-learning and civic engagement practices preferred
• Master's degree in a related field preferred
