Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, L&C Instructional Design.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of instructional designers for customer-facing and internal learning content
- Build and evolve an instructional design strategy aligned with product launches and customer education needs
- Oversee the development and improvement of training curricula and support internal learning programs
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning & development, or educational content creation
- 2+ years of people leadership experience, including coaching and performance management
- Experience designing for both external audiences and internal stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
