Virtual Producer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Producer to support online production and technical delivery of live education sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support facilitators to create a successful learning experience for participants
• Manage the technical delivery of live remote events by providing technical guidance and instruction
• Track time and assist participants with interactive tools, break-out rooms, polls, and screen shares

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in virtual classroom support, particularly with tools like Adobe Connect, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meets, and Webex
• Experience in a customer-facing role with the ability to build effective external relationships
• Ability to interact confidently with facilitators and participants to minimize technical issues
• Ability to manage stress and perform calmly under pressure
• Fluency in Arabic
