Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the delivery and measurement of training programs and associated systems
- Lead operational excellence projects, ensuring compliance and efficiency across training operations
- Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements based on feedback and data analysis
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent industry experience
- 5+ years of experience managing operations, preferably in training, education, or health/safety fields
- Strong knowledge of process optimization practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and learning management systems (LMS)
- Experience working with external partners and B2B clients is preferred
