Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in workforce development or job readiness coaching
- Experience in talent acquisition, organizational development, or adult learning in the tech sector is a plus
- Demonstrated experience in adult classroom training and understanding of instructional principles
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Suite, and Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred
