Key Responsibilities

• Lead career development training sessions and provide professional development coaching to learners
• Manage learner performance, attendance, and data management in CRM systems
• Assist individuals in planning their career paths and provide ongoing career advisement

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in workforce development or job readiness coaching
• Experience in talent acquisition, organizational development, or adult learning in the tech sector is a plus
• Demonstrated experience in adult classroom training and understanding of instructional principles
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Suite, and Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred
