Instructional Systems Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Systems Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and recommendations for innovative training solutions and curriculum development
• Create asynchronous and synchronous instruction for a distributed learning environment
• Develop course materials and evaluate distributed learning solutions in collaboration with instructors and SMEs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4-8 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 2-6 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with all phases of the ADDIE process
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
• Experience in analyzing learner feedback and program evaluations for curriculum design
