A company is looking for an Instructional Designer.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct needs assessments to identify learning objectives and design appropriate instructional strategies
- Develop engaging learning content, including eLearning modules and assessments, using instructional design best practices
- Manage and maintain courses and user data within the Learning Management System (LMS)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Moderate skill set and proficiency in instructional design
- Ability to conduct work assignments of increasing complexity with some latitude for independent judgment
- Teamwork attitude with flexibility to manage multiple responsibilities
- Experience with eLearning authoring tools and LMS administration is preferred
