Job Summary

A company is looking for an Apprenticeship Program Specialist, Credit for Prior Learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between apprenticeship program directors, curriculum leads, and community college faculty to establish CPL pathways
• Analyze not-for-credit training curriculum to identify CPL opportunities and develop a centralized database of CPL contacts
• Organize and evaluate the effectiveness of in-person and virtual workshops

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of apprenticeship structures and building trades training models
• Experience with Credit for Prior Learning policy and curriculum development
• Knowledge of academic articulation or building trades training standards
• Demonstrated innovation, creativity, collaboration, and entrepreneurship
• Ability to engage with various stakeholders effectively
