Job Summary
A company is looking for an Apprenticeship Program Specialist, Credit for Prior Learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between apprenticeship program directors, curriculum leads, and community college faculty to establish CPL pathways
- Analyze not-for-credit training curriculum to identify CPL opportunities and develop a centralized database of CPL contacts
- Organize and evaluate the effectiveness of in-person and virtual workshops
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of apprenticeship structures and building trades training models
- Experience with Credit for Prior Learning policy and curriculum development
- Knowledge of academic articulation or building trades training standards
- Demonstrated innovation, creativity, collaboration, and entrepreneurship
- Ability to engage with various stakeholders effectively
