A company is looking for a Learning Content Designer to create engaging educational content for K-12 educators.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and script Micro-Courses and Micro-Credentials aligned with educator needs and learning outcomes
- Develop high-quality, classroom-ready learning resources that reflect best instructional practices
- Collaborate with the Learning Design Specialist to iterate on course content based on feedback
Required Qualifications
- Former K-12 educator or current instructional designer with a strong understanding of instructional practices
- Experience designing professional learning content or educational curriculum for teachers
- Strong writing and content development skills, particularly in scripting short-form learning experiences
- Comfort using educational technology platforms and digital design tools
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
