Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Special Education Case Manager to oversee IEP implementation and student progress monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage compliant Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Coordinate with general education teachers, service providers, and families to support student progress
• Conduct virtual IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications:

• Valid Vermont Special Educator licensure
• Strong experience with case management, IEP writing, and compliance
• Ability to collaborate consistently with a small, focused team across multiple students
