A company is looking for a LMS Admin (Cornerstone).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and publish learning courses, ensuring proper categorization and technical functionality within the Cornerstone LMS
- Conduct quality assurance for content assets and administer user accounts and compliance training requirements
- Collaborate with learning teams to optimize LMS capabilities and support the evaluation of new learning technologies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience with Learning Management Systems, preferably Cornerstone OnDemand
- 2+ years of project management experience in learning and development contexts
- Proficiency in Cornerstone OnDemand platform administration and configuration
- Understanding of learning standards (SCORM, xAPI/Tin Can, AICC) and experience with content authoring tools
