Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls on the educational support line and provide assistance to callers
- Follow written scripts and maintain knowledge of disease and patient privacy laws (HIPAA)
- Collaborate with other departments and participate in ongoing training
Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's degree or three years of related experience or training
- Medical background preferred
- Basic computer skills and experience with patient communication
- Understanding of call center operations and troubleshooting
- Fluency in Spanish is highly desired
