Key Responsibilities
- Manage the development and execution of learning curriculum and programs to meet business objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver learning programs, providing feedback and development to instructors
- Analyze training practices and implement policies to improve learning delivery and departmental efficiencies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in managing teams, including exempt and non-exempt employees
- Ability to implement tactical business plans and analyze training practices
- Familiarity with curriculum development and instructional design processes
