Job Summary

A company is looking for an Adjunct Faculty member in Human Resource Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage students through frequent interaction to motivate and enhance their learning experience
• Guide students in collaborative and applied learning through problem- and project-based activities
• Provide constructive feedback on student work and suggest curricular improvements to the program chair

Required Qualifications

• A terminal degree in Human Resources Management or a related field from an accredited institution
• Professional experience in a related field
• Experience teaching adult learners online is preferred
• SHRM or HRCI certification is preferred
• Completion of a two-week new faculty orientation is required upon hire
