Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential students through calls and communications to discuss educational goals and program offerings
• Ensure compliance with university policies and assist students in overcoming obstacles to their educational pursuits
• Coordinate with various departments to provide timely and accurate information to students during the enrollment process

Required Qualifications and Education

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior experience in a student-facing role in higher education
• Experience in telemarketing sales or customer service with a sales component
• Contact or call center experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
