A company is looking for a Director of Training, Sales & Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and facilitate onboarding programs for Sales and Customer Service agents, ensuring effective ramp-up
- Oversee a team of seven, providing direction and coaching while managing multiple training projects
- Establish performance measurement KPIs, analyze outcomes, and optimize training programs to align with business goals
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in training and development, with at least 3 years in a Director-level role
- Proven track record in designing and facilitating remote sales onboarding curriculum
- Experience managing a Learning Management System (LMS); familiarity with Workday LMS and Rise 360 is a plus
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines and resources
- Proven ability to gather insights from subject matter experts and translate them into effective learning experiences
