A company is looking for a Learning & Development Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and execution of learning programs across technical and soft skill domains
- Design and curate engaging learning experiences focused on data literacy, cloud technologies, and AI
- Track program effectiveness and support the development of L&D reports for leadership
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in learning and development, focusing on content/program development and facilitation
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Ability to define learning goals and build scalable learning pathways
