Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Considerable experience in adult learning principles and design
- Experience collaborating with leaders and managing learning projects
- Proven ability to design and deliver learning experiences in hybrid environments
- Experience coaching employees and leaders through transitions and growth
- Agility with design and productivity applications such as Articulate and MS Teams
