A company is looking for a Claims Quality Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality reviews of functions performed in Client Billing, Enrollment, and Claims
- Recommend corrections to systems, policies, and procedures to ensure quality work
- Assist in department/corporate projects and provide feedback on staff performance
Required Qualifications
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience and education
- Minimum one (1) year of related experience
