A company is looking for a Client Implementation Analyst III (EDI) to manage client requests and optimize claims processing workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client requests and customize access to products using EDI and Web Services
- Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- Perform testing, analysis, and reporting to ensure successful implementation and ongoing client support
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare analysis with a focus on claims processing
- Comprehensive understanding of EDI, HIPAA protocols, and healthcare IT
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis and reporting
- Experience with reporting tools and project management software
