Key Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to translate business questions into structured analyses and develop KPIs and dashboards
• Manage a team of data scientists and analysts, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree with 6+ years; or a PhD with 4+ years
• Proven track record of managing large-scale data projects and leading high-performing teams
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and familiarity with clinical systems such as EDC, CTMS, and IRT
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages
• Experience in a team lead role overseeing analytical insights for 4+ years
