Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Clinical Impact & Innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategies to achieve business and clinical KPIs, focusing on quality outcomes and in-home screening effectiveness
• Establish evidence-based best practices and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement in clinical delivery
• Identify training needs and implement educational programs to support clinicians in achieving clinical KPIs

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field required; clinical licensure preferred
• 7+ years of clinical leadership experience in healthcare delivery, population health, or quality improvement
• Demonstrated success in driving clinical KPIs and performance improvement initiatives
• Strong background in clinician education and training
• Experience in home-based care or value-based care preferred
