Key Responsibilities

• Direct and mentor teams to engage with the HCLS startup ecosystem globally
• Develop and deliver scalable programs to accelerate the adoption of technology by healthcare startups
• Engage VCs and the HCLS startup ecosystem to enhance technology adoption and ecosystem reach

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in technology adoption, developer relations, or startup ecosystems
• 5+ years of experience leading high-performing teams
• MBA or Master's degree (or equivalent experience)
• Strong understanding of HCLS global developer and startup community dynamics
• Proven leadership skills with a broad network across HCLS startups, VCs, and accelerators
