Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for training and programming, including virtual events and materials preparation
• Deliver benefits overviews and produce clinical training events, managing technical needs and interactions
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and measuring the effectiveness of training and programming

Required Qualifications

• Experience in event planning, both virtual and in-person
• Strong project management and time management skills
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Zoom, and other event platforms
• Understanding of data tracking and analysis
• General knowledge of mental health and adult learning principles is a plus
