Revenue Cycle Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst Revenue Excellence III to support the Revenue Cycle team in performance improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with service-line operators to identify and implement efficiency improvements
• Support operators in initiative development and resource prioritization to overcome barriers
• Lead execution of high-priority workplans to capture opportunities and reduce waste

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle or equivalent
• Consulting background highly preferred
• Master's Degree or MBA highly preferred
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with SQL or data visualization tools
