Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support their First Responder Solutions team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze, and document business needs, translating them into actionable technical and functional requirements
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives throughout the project lifecycle
- Produce key deliverables such as business requirements documents (BRDs) and process flow diagrams while supporting testing and validation efforts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience, Master's degree with 6 years of experience, or High School diploma with 12 years of experience
- U.S. Citizen or lawful permanent resident authorized to work in the United States
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in mission-critical or public safety environments
- Strong expertise in requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation
- Experience supporting product-focused initiatives and collaborating with Product Owners
