Licensed Clinical Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Supervisor to manage and support a team of clinicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Clinical Director in developing and implementing clinical schedules and curriculum
• Ensure clinical services are delivered according to best practices and compliance standards
• Maintain a caseload while facilitating weekly group treatment and providing clinical supervision

Required Qualifications

• Independently licensed mental health counselor, social worker, or marriage and family therapist
• Authorized to work in the United States with native or bilingual English proficiency
• Experience working with diverse age groups, including children and adults
• Leadership experience in clinical settings such as inpatient, outpatient, or intensive outpatient programs
• Familiarity with cloud-based communication software and electronic medical records
