Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to join a large healthcare organization in a fully remote contract role.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and manage requirements across multiple concurrent projects
• Support Salesforce Marketing Cloud integration and collaborate with data teams on enterprise data warehouse solutions
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria, track project action items, and represent technical teams to business stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role within IT or marketing technology
• Prior experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) is strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and enterprise data integration
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven ability to manage requirements across multiple concurrent projects
