RN Case Management Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN Case Management, Supervisor (Remote U.S.) to lead the care management team and ensure quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach the care management team in providing personalized care to clients
• Assess and evaluate workload to meet department demands and contract requirements
• Manage and evaluate staff performance while monitoring the quality of work and addressing any issues

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN Compact State License
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• 2+ years of management or supervisory experience
• 3+ years of clinical experience in various care settings
• 3+ years of Case Management experience or Discharge Planning
