Senior Actuarial Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Actuarial Consultant, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain advanced analytical models using healthcare claims and non-claims datasets
• Conduct detailed data extractions and analyses using tools like R, Python, SQL, SAS, and Excel
• Create client-ready deliverables, including reports and presentations, to communicate insights effectively

Required Qualifications

• Progress along the Actuarial exam track, with at least 2 exams passed
• 4+ years of experience in healthcare, finance, or related analytics roles
• 4+ years of experience working with large, diverse datasets to solve complex business problems
• 4+ years of extensive experience designing and maintaining Excel-based models
• 4+ years of experience in data extraction and analysis using R, Python, SQL, SAS, and/or VBA
