Senior Manager Engagement Platforms

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager/ Associate Director, Engagement Platforms and Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the development, implementation, evaluation, and maintenance of key platforms and systems for Medical Engagement
• Develop engagement measurement frameworks and lead reporting for Global Medical Affairs
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure effective data capture across medical activities

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in pharma/biotech or relevant consulting/technology experience
• Experience with Pharma/Biotech technology systems such as Veeva and Salesforce
• Experience in measurement/reporting of medical affairs activities
• Experience in project development and execution with IT, legal, and compliance
• Scientific training (PharmD, PhD, or MD) is optional
