Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 2+ years of ServiceNow administration experience
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- High level of computer competency, including Excel and dashboard design
- Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance
