Engagement Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engagement Leader to manage client engagements and drive business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engagement teams in proposing value-added services and drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling
• Manage client relationships and oversee consulting engagements from planning through delivery
• Design and implement accounting solutions for complex GAAP challenges and deliver financial modeling and analysis

Required Qualifications

• Ten+ years in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CIA strongly preferred
• Public Accounting background and/or experience in a publicly traded company preferred
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business; Master's degree desired
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls practices
• Proven ability to coach, lead, and mentor engagement teams
