Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Quality Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct remote patient assessments to evaluate urgency and apply triage protocols
• Perform quality audits of Care Coach interactions and support performance improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to refine clinical protocols and improve care delivery

Required Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• At least 5 years of relevant clinical experience, including 2 years in patient triage
• Proficiency in telecommunication technology and electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards (HIPAA, etc.)
