Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Business Analyst to support federal civilian agencies remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and document business requirements and system documentation to support business and IT activities
• Act as a liaison between customers, vendors, and the application development team, facilitating communications and documentation
• Conduct data analysis and prepare technical reports to assess system performance and recommend improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related hands-on experience
• 6+ years of experience with business processes and re-engineering
• 5+ years of experience capturing requirements and writing user stories
• Hands-on experience using JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint
• Experience working in a Scrum and/or SAFe Agile environment
