Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, operations, and the technical team throughout the project cycle
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and document them as high-quality User Stories or Business Requirements Documents
• Evaluate existing workflows, recommend optimizations, and develop training guides for end-users to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with end-to-end Salesforce implementation experience
• 5+ years of experience working within all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle in an Agile environment
• 5+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform, including configuring sales and service clouds
• Salesforce Administration Certificate is required
