Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Analyst (Global Customer Portals) to create a unified Global Customer Portal and sunset older versions.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the sunsetting of legacy portals and ensure a smooth transition to the new platform
- Lead business requirements elicitation through interviews, workshops, and other techniques
- Develop and manage use cases, process maps, and test scenarios to support system design and validation
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business requirements elicitation
- Strong understanding of process mapping and testing methodologies
- Experience creating user documentation and delivering training to business users
- A systematic approach to analysis and documentation
- Experience supporting customer portal projects is highly desirable
