Demand Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Demand Analyst to work in a contract and remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage demand and capacity analysis to support resource planning
• Introduce new planning frameworks and baseline measurement models
• Translate informal information into structured planning artifacts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in demand management, resource planning, business analysis, or IT portfolio operations
• Experience with PPM tools such as ServiceNow SPM, Planview, or Clarity
• Experience in a healthcare or clinical IT setting is preferred
• Familiarity with Agile coaching principles and resource portfolio governance
