Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on fraud investigations, disputes, and recovery
- Define and implement strategic plans for fraud operations and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Oversee recovery efforts, including chargebacks and coordination with law enforcement
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 8+ years of experience in fraud risk management or financial crimes
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing multiple teams
- Bachelor's degree in business, criminal justice, finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Professional certification (CFE, CAMS, CRCM) preferred
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite and fraud case management platforms
