LCSW Licensed Behavioral Health Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Behavioral Health to build and lead a new behavioral health service line.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a comprehensive behavioral health service strategy
• Create business cases for behavioral health services and establish success metrics
• Design staffing models and build a team of behavioral health clinicians

Required Qualifications

• Active LCSW license with a clean licensure history
• Minimum 5 years of clinical practice and 3 years in clinical service leadership
• Strong preference for candidates with an MBA or equivalent business experience
• Prior experience in developing new clinical service lines is preferred
• Passion for improving behavioral health access and outcomes
