Key Responsibilities

• Conduct ingredient research, literature reviews, and dossier development
• Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and track ingredient inquiries and project statuses
• Support the creation of claims dossier outlines and maintain communication between departments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nutrition, chemistry, biology, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Comprehensive understanding of dietary supplement marketplace trends
• Experience in high-quality, science-first dietary supplement companies preferred
• High level of nutritional product knowledge for new product development
• Ability to manage and motivate high-performance teams
