Senior Salesforce Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Consultant to lead and execute Salesforce implementations for nonprofit and association clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations and architect scalable solutions
• Partner with Project Managers to ensure successful project delivery and conduct quality assurance reviews
• Provide technical mentorship to team members and support pre-sales activities

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading Salesforce implementation projects
• Active Salesforce certifications required (minimum 2 specific to nonprofit and cloud consulting)
• Deep expertise with Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) and Nonprofit Cloud (NPC)
• Proven track record working with nonprofit organizations or associations
• Understanding of nonprofit business processes including fundraising and program management
