Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst - Customer Portals.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between product management and the software engineering team
• Document requirements such as user stories, cases, specifications, and coordinate testing
• Assist the entire organization throughout the product development lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Over 6 years of professional business system analyst experience
• Hands-on experience breaking down business requirements into clearly documented processes and dependencies
• Technical background and knowledge of microservices architecture
• Agile experience and strong knowledge of the full SDLC
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and/or relevant work experience
