A company is looking for an Actuarial Compliance Consultant to join its actuarial department.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Defined Benefit, Cash Balance, and related 401(k) plans, ensuring timely service delivery
- Perform and review contribution calculations and compliance testing for retirement plans
- Coordinate with actuaries on plan valuations and conduct compliance reviews to identify operational issues
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in retirement plan administration, preferably with Defined Benefit and Cash Balance plans
- Bachelor's Degree
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal oversight
- Self-starter with a client-focused attitude
